Australia’s favourite bachie Sam Frost has had a traumatic past week, after she posted on social media that nonstop online abuse and bullying from trolls had left her “broken.”

But this morning, her and co-host Rove McManus launched their own campaign to spread positivity across the internet to combat vile hateful speech. On their FOX fm radio show the officially kicked off the #ShareAGoodThing hashtag.
The twosome are hoping to create a chain effect, where users: “Post something that makes you happy and the first photo you see, comment something nice.”
