Renowned Australian DJ Ajax has died
If you routinely went out dancing to electro in Australia sometime between 2002 and yesterday, there’s an excellent chance your music was provided in present, or via mix tape by Adrian Thomas – better known as Ajax.
Tragically, the beloved Australian DJ, radio host, and lately record label owner, died yesterday evening in Melbourne. The SMH have reported
"DJ Ajax, is believed to have run onto a road in Melbourne's inner north and was struck by a truck in the early hours of Thursday morning.
His friends, collaborators and fans have been publically expressing their grief this morning, over social media.
R.I.P. Ajax, you'll be missed. Stay tuned for a classic track this morning, we'll be playing one from his early work. #ajax— FBi Radio (@fbiradio) February 28, 2013
