    The problem with this year was Richie. He was chosen to be the bachelor because he was incredibly popular and endearing on the Bachelorette. But they polished everything that was remotely appealing out of him. They tried to make him suave and sophisticated and it wasn’t him. And the disconnect was obvious .

    Then they ran Georgia’s season ONE WEEK after a very average season. Bachelor fatigue and expecting people to hang in there after an average season. Those where the problems IMO. There will always be fame whores. The more seasons that happen the fewer ‘genuine’ contestants are left in the pool who meet the criteria and are willing. So you’re starting to scrape the bottom of the barrel. The US series has been scraping for years.
